Brew Lab began with one simple belief: exceptional coffee should feel exceptional to everyone.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Ciaran and Jane, Brew Lab brings more than 15 years of coffee experience to Redmond's Hill. Ciaran has represented Ireland on the world competition stage. Today, that same curiosity lives in every cup served across the bar.
